Robert Half is seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Services Coordinator in Minneapolis, MN. This position will focus on representing the full range of the company’s services to assigned clients, while overseeing account planning and ensuring the company meets or exceeds client expectations. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients and shaping the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and Field Technicians to coordinate schedules, create work orders, and dispatch assignments.
- Assist with scheduling and confirming client appointments via phone and email.
- Answer incoming service calls and emails, addressing inquiries and relaying concerns to the appropriate team promptly.
- Manage and update client records, including service histories and invoices, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding service updates, seasonal maintenance schedules, and any necessary follow-ups.
- Generate reports from the CRM database for tracking services, analyzing budgets, and supporting decision-making, maintaining attention to detail.
- Create and send invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing for services rendered.
- Interact directly with high-end residential, commercial, and HOA clients to provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in writing and distributing newsletters, industry updates, and other client communications to keep them informed and engaged.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving internal processes and enhancing the overall client experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with expert advice and recommendations.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction as measured by feedback and retention rates.
- Support special projects and team objectives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of account management or customer service experience, preferably within the irrigation, landscaping, or related industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required, familiarity with Field Central and QuickBooks strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and client-focused demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
- Outstanding organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a diplomatic approach to resolving challenges.
- Experience managing HOA accounts and understanding their unique requirements.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems or landscaping industry is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range for this position is between $50-55K
